K. E. "Bud" Williams has over 30 years of experience in the construction trade.  He has worked  in the commercial industry as well as owning his own construction company building residential homes. 

Bud has personally built homes by himself from the ground up and knows first hand all aspects of the construction of a home.

Home Design & Construction:  Bud has designed, drawn plans and constructed numerous homes.  He has knowledge in all phases of home construction. 

Foundations & Masonry: As a concrete and re-steel inspector for the City of Seattle he worked on many commercial buildings.  Bud inspected the installation of concrete block and brick masonry and also helped design tests for determining the structural strengths of existing masonry structures.

Electrical & Plumbing: Bud has built numerous homes himself from the ground up.  He has personally designed and installed electrical and plumbing systems.

Roofing:  As a commercial licensed inspector in Seattle he inspected the installation of many types of roofs and examined the conditions of many existing roofs.

bullet    1973-75 Superintendent for a prime contractor that did outside contract work for Lockheed Missile & Space co., NASA and the U.S. Navy in Sunnyvale, Ca.
bullet    Licensed Contractor in the State of California 1975 to 1980. Built residential homes and did excavation work.
bullet    1980-88 Licensed commercial inspector for a Seattle testing laboratory. Performed inspections on masonry, reinforced concrete, welding, auger cast piling, pile driving and soils compaction. Licensed in Seattle for unlimited high rise reinforced concrete.
bullet    Licensed Contractor in the State of Washington from 1990 to 2003. K. E. Williams Construction Co. KEWILC*097K2.  Last residential home completed July, 1994, with an estimated value of $450,000.00.
bullet   Residential Inspector in Clallam County since 1991. Performs residential and light commercial inspections full time. No contract construction work.

Hire an inspection with hands on experience. 

Many inspectors today begin in this business after taking an inspection course and exam.  They have never built a home.  As good as some of the courses are, they are no substitute for years of experience.
