*Our price is for any size house under 4000 sq. ft. and includes the garage and typical outbuildings such as shops and storage sheds. It also includes reinspections. However, there are occasions when the property may have a complete guest house or other complex structures associated with the property or when it's located further than Lake Crescent or Discovery Bay when an additional charge may be required. Add $75.00 for the above prices for inspections in Pt. Ludlow or Pt. Townsend. $400.00 for Forks and Clallam Bay.
