What is home inspection?The home inspection is a reasonable effort to disclose the conditions existing on the day of the inspection - a look at your home with an experienced eye. The home inspector gives an overview of the condition of the property and discloses major and minor defects.

What if problems are found? Just because the house may have some problems doesn't mean it isn't a good investment. The report willl help you understand the depth of any problems and possible solutions.
Do I need to be there? It isn't necessary for you to be present at the inspection. However, being at the inspection will help you learn about your new home. We can give you tips on maintenance and upkeep. It's a good time for you to ask questions.
How long does it take? A residential inspection can usually be scheduled within 2 or 3 days. The inspection takes from 1 to 3 hours. You may be present during the inspection. Please read Inspection Agreement so you understand what it is we do and do not do.
